Is there a reason the New Times asks us all to vote each for the “Best of…” each year, yet they ignore readers and post their own findings and feelings? Oh yea, they mention the readers’ choices on a few of the posts as an afterthought, but I find it totally insulting for them to tell us what the best is after asking us to vote. What ever happened to a democratic vote?

I didn’t see the issue yet, but did my friend Terri from The Loggerhead (Flanningan’s) in the Grove win as Best Bartender again? She was Bartender of the Year last year. That I do agree with. :)
