Today’s Miami Herald reports on Governor Bush’s latest plan to lower taxes. A New Jersey paper reports last week how the newly inaugurated Govenor Jon Corzine plans to raise taxes.

Get ready for a few hundred thousand more New Jerseyans to move in!
